Overview We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Aaesthetic Woodwork. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised products (engraved or made-to-order items)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at Contact@aaestheticwoodwork.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83295 07290 with your order details and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
